YoMassage®
Indulge in a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Each Yomassage® session begins with a five-minute breathing ritual, or a unique themed meditation that helps ground you in the present moment. As you’re guided through a series of six restorative stretches, your Yomassage® therapist provides therapeutic massage and guided meditation. This combination of therapy encourages your body to move into a deep state of relaxation and ignites the mind-body connection through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and mindfulness meditation
Sessions are 75 minutes long, and are kept small with a limit of 4 people per session. With this small group environment it allows for each session to be custom created for the clients attending as well as allowing for plenty of hands on massage time.
