ReSoul: Reiki Infused Art Workshop
For those interested in self-exploration, ReSoul is led by Emi, Reiki practitioner and Art Teacher. Emi will lead a small group into guided meditations focused on breathwork, grounding, empowerment, and cultivating inner calm through embodiment and the process of creation. Each workshop participant will be provided with all needed supplies for creating a painting that flows from them as a product of the meditations and Reiki energy produced during the workshop. Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy, also known as essential oil therapy, is a complementary health approach that utilizes essential oils extracted from plants to promote well-being. Essential oils are concentrated aromatic compounds derived from various parts of plants, such as flowers, leaves, bark, or roots.
Aromatherapy works by stimulating the sense of smell, affecting the limbic system in the brain which is associated with emotions and memories. Aromatherapy, in combination with massage and depending upon the specific essential oil and application, has been shown to help improve mood and mental clarity, decrease stress and anxiety, increase relaxation, and aid in pain relief.
All essential oils used for Aromatherapy at The Body Lounge are certified organic and safe for use on the body.
