Knowledge You Can Trust

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

To cancel without a fee, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full service fee. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork, discuss your session with your provider, and get settled.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to the provider’s schedule.

What if I have a health condition or concern?

All new clients are sent a Client Intake Form upon first booking. This is required for services. Please fill this out and return electronically prior to your appointment to maximize your time. This form will alert us to any allergies, ailments or health conditions.

Please do not come in if you’re feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, skin rashes or infections, sunburn that prevents comfortable contact, or severe unstable high blood pressure. Your health and the well-being of our team are our top priority—thank you for your understanding. Also, if any conditions change, please let us know so we may update your file.

Is a deposit required?
