Angel Healing with Leah
An Angel Healing session is a deeply restorative experience that combines spiritual connection with gentle energy alignment. Throughout our time together, I attune to the Angels and spiritual energies supporting you in this moment, channeling their guidance and healing presence.
As the session unfolds, I continuously provide energetic clearing and alignment while recording the messages that come through. At the close of our work, I share with you the insights received—who they came from, the energy that was present, and how it was guided into balance. Each session is unique, Spirit-led, and designed to bring you peace, clarity, and renewed harmony.

Reiki Level 1 Certification / Usui Reiki Training with Leah

This Reiki Level 1 Certification course is a professional, heart-centered introduction to the traditional practice of Usui Reiki, thoughtfully designed for those who feel called to healing — whether for personal growth, supporting loved ones, or beginning a professional path.
Rooted in the original teachings and lineage of Mikao Usui, this training honors the integrity of classical Reiki while creating a safe, welcoming, and grounded space for modern life. You will learn the foundational principles, history, and hand positions of Usui Reiki, and receive your Level 1 attunements and official certification upon completion. This class will be offered April 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and is limited to 5 students. Students will receive a 10% discount on any 60 minute service, as well as 10% off all Body Lounge Mini-Market items on class day. Candice Tipton| Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
I earned my health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), having studied the ins and outs of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as innovative coaching methods, personal development, goal setting and much more.
I discovered that we are all multidimensional and unique. There isn’t one diet, one lifestyle change, or one path to wellness. With this in mind, I set out on a path of self-discovery to explore how my own habits and decisions have shaped me – and how I can use my personal experience, growth, and self-healing to inspire others – like you – to set out on your own journey towards positive transformation. As your partner in health, I’ll share my knowledge to co-create personalized actions based on your goals, preferences, resources, and unique body to move you toward your ideal vision of health.
ReSoul: Reiki Infused Art Workshop
For those interested in self-exploration, ReSoul is led by Emi, Reiki practitioner and Art Teacher. Emi will lead a small group into guided meditations focused on breathwork, grounding, empowerment, and cultivating inner calm through embodiment and the process of creation.
Each workshop participant will be provided with all needed supplies for creating a painting that flows from them as a product of the meditations and Reiki energy produced during the workshop.

Animal Communication and Reiki with Kendra

Animal Communication and Reiki with Kendra combines intuitive communication with energy healing to foster better understanding and connection between you and your animal family, creating understanding and strengthening the bond you share with each other.
These sessions combine distance Reiki and intuitive animal communication, creating space for your pet’s unique voice to be heard while also bringing their energy system back into harmony. Animals, just like people, carry emotional energy and can experience stress, trauma, or imbalance that affects their behavior and overall well-being. Common outcomes shared with me that pets and their families have had:

● Greater ease during transitions or healing processes
● Relief of tension between pets that were physically or behaviorally
● A stronger bond and deeper understanding between you and your pet through communication

PLEASE NOTE: This 60-minute service begins with 30 minutes of remote connection with your animal/pet, followed by a 30-minute in-person debriefing session at The Body Lounge. Remote connection with your animal/pet is necessary to prevent any distractions or anxiety that could arise in an unfamiliar environment (strange scents, people, or energies, for example). This is especially crucial for animals/pets experiencing physical or emotional distress of any kind.
You may voice record both parts of the session, and additional follow-ups are available, if needed.
